INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • .25 oz Licor 43
  • .5 oz Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 4 very large ice cubes

 

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, including ice. Shake until most of the ice is gone. Strain into a glass
