INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz dry gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz simple syrup
- .25 oz Licor 43
- .5 oz Garcia de la Cruz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 fresh egg white
- 4 very large ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients, including ice. Shake until most of the ice is gone. Strain into a glass
