It felt like you were getting a truly one of a kind perspective that not many people who go to Spain on vacation get to witness. We also had the privilege to enjoy these incredible meals surrounded by settings that you could truly only find in Spain: a castle, an olive grove, a rooftop overlooking Toledo, a small cheesemaking shop in the countryside, and countless other places that made me stop and make sure I wasn’t in a dream. This trip truly had it all, history, culture, amazing food, incredible sights, and lots of activities that provided an opportunity to get to know Spain in an authentic way.
