- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Crack the egg in a blender glass
Step 2
Add the vinegar or lemon juice
Step 3
Add the EVOO
Step 4
Blend the mixture until it thickens. Try to keep it smooth by changing the speed of the blender until it is a smooth homogeneous sauce.
Step 5
Transfer the contents to a bowl.
