● Organic byproducts are transformed into natural compost for our groves
● Every resource is reused with purpose, closing the loop from tree to bottle

The 6-Step Process

1. Olive pomace is gathered after pressing and transported directly from our mill to our composting facility.

2. Later is placed in the designated mixing zone, where the composting process begins.

3. We combine it with other organic matter to create a balanced compost mixture.

4. The mixture is formed into compost piles up to 1 meter high.

5. The compost piles are built higher and are regularly turned to ensure proper aeration.

6. The compost is returned to our olive groves, enriching the soil naturally.
