1 cup of Garcia De La Cruz Everyday Essential Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups of flour
1 1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of fine sea salt

DIRECTIONS

Bake at 350° for 45 mins
Can make a glaze of lemon juice and confectioners sugar for topping if you like.
