Vegetable Cream

INGREDIENTS
- 2 leeks
- 1 celery stick
- 1 potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of chards
- 1 zucchini
- 2-4 tablespoons Picual EVOO
- Vegetable broth
- Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- We start by cleaning the vegetables well and peeling them, then we cut them into medium sized pieces and put them in oil to cook (all except the chards). Add 2 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil to the water.
- 15 minutes later we add the clean and cut chards. We cover with vegetable broth . Cook for 1 hour.
- Once it's cooked, we put it all through a blender.
